Free Criminal Background Check - Ways To Check Someones Background

There are a couple of ways that people use to attempt to get a free police report on someone. Both of them rely on the premise that public records truly are open and available for the public to view at will. The first one is to use a search engine in hopes that some type of arrest or conviction information has been printed in some type of publication that also publishes their content online. Sometimes this works, while other times you are still left out in the cold with no information at all. The biggest problem is that there are often thousands or hundreds of thousands of results for you to sift through which is often time consuming beyond what the average person can bare.

The other method is to head on down to your local courthouse to try to gain access to their public records database. This method is a little more tricky. This is because in order to be granted access you must first fill out an application for the information and wait for a couple of days to see weather or not you have been approved or not.

Tenant Background Checks Are A Landlord's Best Friend

The first step is to have them fill out a detailed application so you can collect as much information from them as possible. You'll definitely want to get their full name, social security number, current and previous addresses, date of birth, and driver's license number. The more information you can collect the better. You'll also want to have them sign something giving you permission to run a tenant background check on them.
